2. Why The Company Collects And Processes Data

3. What Data We Collect And Process

(i) Basic Account Data
When you create an account with the Company, we need your email address and country of residence. You’ll also pick a username and a password. Remember, it’s important to keep your password secret and not share it with anyone. As part of the setup, your account gets a unique ID number, which we use instead of your personal details.

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google Login, and Facebook Login (“Third Party Service”). Third Party Services use “cookies” (text files placed on visitors’ computers) to analyze how you use our site. The cookie-generated data will generally be transmitted to and stored by Third Party Services on servers in the [United States]. We cannot and do not control the use of cookies or the resulting information by the Third Party Service.

On behalf of the website operator, Third Party Service will use this information to evaluate its users’ website/location/credentials, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage for website operators.

Third Party Services will not associate the IP address transferred with any other data the Company holds. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. (viii) Content Recommendations
Based on the data we collect (Section 3), we personalize content and offers to improve your experience. We might send you marketing emails with your permission or where the law allows. If the data shows a Violation, we keep the data longer for legal reasons. 4. How We Store Data

(i) How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your information for as long as it’s needed for the purposes for which we collected it. Sometimes, the law requires us to keep it for longer. If you close your User Account, we’ll mark your Personal Data for deletion unless the law or other important reasons require us to keep it longer. Remember, once we delete your data, all your information and credits are gone for good.

(ii) Deletion of Data
In cases where Personal Data cannot be completely deleted in order to ensure the consistency of the system, the user experience or the community, your information will be permanently anonymized. Please note that the Company is required to retain certain transactional data under statutory commercial and tax law for up to 10 years.

Suppose you withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data. In that case, we will delete your Personal Data without undue delay to the extent that the collection and processing of the Personal Data was based on the withdrawn consent.

Suppose you exercise a right to object to processing your Personal Data. In that case, we will review your objection and delete the Personal Data that we processed for the purpose to which you objected without undue delay unless another legal basis for processing and retaining this data exists or unless applicable law requires us to retain the data.

(iii) Where We Store Your Data
The data we collect from you may be transferred to and stored in the United States or a destination outside your jurisdiction. It may also be processed by third parties who operate outside of your jurisdiction. By submitting your Personal Data, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing of data outside your jurisdiction. 5. Who Has Access To Data

(i) The Company and its subsidiaries may share your Personal Data with each other and use it to the degree necessary to achieve the purposes listed in Section 2 above. This includes our overseas offices, affiliates, business partners, and counterparts (on a need-to-know basis only). (v) The Company may allow you to link your User Account to a third-party account. If you consent to connect the accounts, the Company may collect and combine information you allowed the Company to receive from a third party with information about your User Account to the degree allowed by your consent at the time. Suppose the linking of the accounts requires transmitting information about your person from the Company to a third party. In that case, you will be informed about it before the linking takes place, and you will be given the opportunity to consent to the linking and the transmission of your information. Data publicly available on your profile page can be accessed automatically. While we do not share your real name or email, any details you put on your public profile can be seen by others.

(viii) Our community includes message boards, forums, and chat areas. Anything you post here is public, so be careful because third parties may use this information, which may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or third parties. These activities are beyond our control. If someone posts your Personal Data without your permission, let us know through our reporting function, and we will help remove it.

The minimum age to create a User Account is 18. the Company will not knowingly collect Personal Data from children below this age. If a country has a higher age limit for collecting personal data, we will ask for parental consent before anyone younger can create an account and provide their Personal Data. We encourage parents to teach their children not to share personal information online.

9. Revision Date

This privacy policy was last updated on March 31, 2024. If you were a user before the Revision Date, it replaces the existing Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying the users of the existence of a new privacy statement. This policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or legal rights on behalf of any party.
